Multiple issues resolved
Multiple issues were corrected on our Lexus, all at affordable pricing. We have found that using Masterworks usually saves us significant money without sacrificing the quality of parts or service.

Service was prompt and efficient. Service professionals were helpful and friendly. Reigistering for the first time on the tablet was slow and not always self evident.

Coming here is a waste of time
If you happen to own a classic car, don't waste your time contacting this shop. I used to bring my car here all the time and was even able to use a loaner, but these days are long gone. Things have taken a different turn since the passing of the previous owner. I don't recommend this shop. There are better auto repair shops around.
