DCR Systems Review
I was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process, which led to my final bill being $1000.00 higher than expected. However, when I shared my concerns with Ryan, he was understanding and worked with me to adjust the final cost. Despite the initial frustration, I have to say that the quality of work was second to none, my car looks absolutely beautiful!! I would still highly recommend DCR Systems to my family and friends.

The quality of work was 100% however communication about the completion of my car or when it was actually completed was untruthful in my opinion.

Very satisfied customer
I was hit by someone who left the scene without fessing up. I was upset because I take such good care of my car. I was so happy when I picked my car up at DCR. My car looked brand new inside and out. They not only did a great job on the body work, but they were great at keeping the me aware of the progress of the repairs and the desk team were very courteous. I would highly recommend DCR.

My entire experience was great from start to finish, from welcoming me upon entering to doing a complete walk around with me outside to ensure I was satisfied with the work. The tech kept me updated and was even able to save me a few dollars. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing Work
This is the second time I have used this company and I absolutely love their work! Car looks absolutely perfect and couldn’t be happier! Also my interior was cleaned as well which was a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend to anyone who wants genuine parts and excellent results! Will be back to correct a few dents.

Be thorough
I was totally pleased with the work they did fixing my damaged car. Frank communicated with me very consistently. My displeasure was with the owner by the name of Pam. For understanding purposes, I was hit in the tailgate of my 2023 Trailblazer back in 11/2023 and the at fault drivers insurance was to pay not only for repair but also the rental car charges. Come Oct. 2024 I was sent a letter from an attorney that the rent a car company had hired due to Travelers Insurance not paying a portion of the rental fees.; to be specific $1800 worth. Initially, Pam seemed open and helpful but obviously, DCR made a mistake in the communication to Travelers. In the process they sent an email to the wrong address and Travelers never received the communication and so the error was on DCR. I received no return emails or phone calls from Pam who BTW, made sure I filed a complaint against the insurance company but once that was done, she bowed out and ghosted me. I will NEVER advise or return to this shop due to not owning up to their error, knowing I was not at fault in the accident, and I was told by an employee I wouldn't have to pay a penny.

We do all we can to provide a safe and proper repair.  We are not able to control the length of time for the repairs when working with insurance companies and back ordered parts.

I did reach out to Classic Rental to understand the situation with the outstanding rental bill.  I was made to understand the Classic attorney was following up with the insurance company as well as the insured (the party at fault).

 I did not see any other communication via email, phone, or text message from you.  I would have been happy to follow up.  Classic Rent a Car confirmed you were NOT charged for the $1800 rental balance.

Regardless, of the email to Travelers, DCR communicated very thoroughly throughout the process of your vehicle repairs.  There are timelines for everything that was being done. 

Your vehicle was diagnosed in a timely manner and because of backorder parts and waiting on the insurance company to review the supplement the length of time you were in the rental would not have changed. 

It is the responsibility of the insurance company and the party at fault for payment for the rental.  That is the reason I suggested filling out the Ohio Insurance Complaint form.

Please know I am very passionate about our industry and do my best to provide excellent service.  There was no intention to not communicate.  I am grateful you are not made responsible for the outstanding rental.

Very courteous! Car was perfect. I didn’t drop off car till parts were there. I had to call to get updates. Did not get returned calls.Took longer than expected. I have always had good service here. I’m 77 years old and I paid for every penny of this and I feel I was taken advantage of plus the rental car. I am over a 50 year Classic customer .

Good work, moderate service
The shop did great work. If you want constant communication on the process, you have to do your due diligence. A good shop if you’re not in a hurry, and a loyal Classic customer. Otherwise I’m sure you have other choices

It could have been better. I spent lots of money and gas bringing my vehicle back numerous time due to misunderstanding on DCR. I had original took my vehicle in to get an estimate that does not require an appointment. I was told to schedule an appointment to get the work done. I later took my vehicle in for service with a schedule appointment and was given the estimate that did not required an appointment. Then I later took my vehicle in by 2nd appointment to have it serviced. Once I got my vehicle back the work to my rear bumper was done to my satisfaction. However, I noticed the Lexus VSC light on and took it back in to have them reset it. They could not reset it. I had to take it to the dealership to get it reset at my expense and that's something that should have been handle by DCR and billed to the insurance company.
