Super thankful!
We were visiting Sedona and our car had a coolant leak on New Years Eve. We called Red Rock Auto Center immediately to see if we can get our car in, unfortunately the only availability was the day after New Years. We were planning on leaving the day after New Years, so when we asked the mechanic realistically what it would take to fix, he said if he had all the parts, it would be in one day. When we brought our car in, and after the initial diagnostic, we were told they did not have the part in stock and wouldnt be there till Monday. Thankfully and option arose where the owner offered to drive down to Phoenix to pick up the part and have it fixed that day so we can head home later that night. We are so grateful to the whole staff at Red Rock Auto Center and their amazing customer service.
