easy oil change
I needed to have my oil changed in the midst of a cross-country road trip and found this place. I got a next day appointment and while the oil was being changed I grabbed a pizza and beer at the brewery next door. I noticed that they had other out-of-town customers, some with bigger issues than an oil change, and appreciated their excellent level with these folks who were navigating unexpected costs and delays.

Easy to work with
The shop was very flexible about dropping off the car. They looked at it quickly and were on the ball with information and estimates. Turns out we decided our 22 year old car wasn't worth fixing, but they were happy to give us the details of exactly what was wrong so my husband could decide if he wanted to make an effort to do it himself. We'll be taking our cars here I'm the future when we need a good repair shop.

Check engine light
They diagnosed and found issues with the glow plug system on our Sprinter. Only problem was the wait to get the glow plug controller board for the MB engine. Engine now runs great.

The Best Auto Repair and Service
It is easy to get an appointment for service, and they are always exact on the time they say it will take. All of the personnel are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and show that they care about their customers. They keep excellent records on the services done to my vehicle and let me know when maintenance services are needed. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Service at it's best
From making my appointment with Daniel at Red Rock Auto, the entire experience as refreshing. They took my car within a few days of my call. I was created with a smile and hello by one of the mechanics that was working on a car and again by another mechanic who happened to be in the office. Matthew got my info and they started working on my car at the assigned appt. My a/c issue was taken care of within an hour. Other shops said I needed another unit but Red Rock Auto said I just needed fluid! For an honest, efficent shop, I'll never go anywhere else.

Super helpful!
We were visiting Sedona when our battery died. AAA doesn’t do battery service in Sedona apparently. We called Mathew at Red rock and brought the car to him after 5 pm but he was still at the garage. He found a battery for us and had the car fixed by 8 am the next morning! Great, friendly service!

Tow truck and shop service
I needed my Ford F150 lifted off a concrete block that I managed to high center on. AAA called Red Rock Auto Service and they came out 30 minutes earlier than the quoted time :) The driver quickly figured out a tricky line of approach and had the truck off in about 10 minutes. Since I had to drive 450 miles back to San Diego the next day, I wanted to make sure the undercarriage was ok. I had him take the truck to the shop which was wrapping up for the day. They called at 9 am the next morning with good news, no damage. It was worth the very reasonable price to have peace of mind on the drive home. Great bunch of guys at Red Rock Auto!

Repairs done as promised. Quote was what I paid.
I had a bent axle from one of the trails I went on. This needed repaired as I drove my Jeep from Idaho. They did exactly what they said they would and for the amount quoted. I wasn't happy with the parts quality, the parts markup and the hours charged. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. Rated by a guy from Idaho.
