They were amazing when I went to get my oil change. Made an appointment with them and right way they were working on my vehicle. I wasn’t even there an hour. Amazing job guys. I’ll return for sure.

I’ve taken a few vehicles to RCAR and every experience has been great. Juan is very helpful in explaining what needs to be done. RCAR just recently helped me out last minute with a new alternator for my Raptor. They are the best. Thank you.

We had a really tough car situation, and RCAR of Redlands went above and beyond to help us through it. From the start, they were incredibly communicative and took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. What really stood out was how friendly and genuine the whole team was. Juan was AMAZING and took all my calls and fielded all my concerns — it truly felt like they cared more about helping us than just making a sale.

They were transparent about our options and even guided us toward the one that was best for us, even though it didn’t benefit them financially as much as it could have. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. It’s clear that they put the customer first, and we felt respected and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for car work.

Pretty good service
Rcar has serviced my car many times over the years. Typically, they do a great job! The owner, Juan is very personable and trustworthy. This time took a bit longer than usual, but I still felt the service was good. I would highly recommend them.

WHAT!!!! NO!!!!
Car ended up with a punctured lower oil pan. The oil pan we all know of, specifically said lower because there are apparently two. Any who! Dropped off car at 12 noon. Picked up 1600 same day. Friendly service, great work and even better pricing. Check em out talk to Juan.
