Terrible Service, Car Not Fixed, and Theft
I had an awful experience with this auto repair shop. They failed to fix my car despite having it for over two months and charged my insurance company for the repair, knowing they didn't have the tools or expertise to fix it. To make matters worse, they stole items from my car. When I confronted the owner, he admitted they couldn't fix my car but still demanded payment to release my vehicle. The communication was poor, and they clearly lacked the necessary skills. I strongly advise against using this shop. If you need your car fixed, look elsewhere.

Quality Quck Qualified, Well yeah
First I was very excited to see that no sooner than my dashboard displayed oil change, I received a text from Q3. I scheduled an appointment called because I was going to be late and I got. "No problem Ms. Williams, we've already ordered your parts, we'll be ready for you when you get here. And they were ready.

Never AGAIN
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to bring the vehicle here. Unprofessional doesn’t communicate at all. Picked my truck up after being there for a WHOLE month it’s still not running right truck cut off and went in neutral by itself while I was sitting a the light.
