Deborah said the experience was good but she had an issue she couldn't resolve. When she went in to have a headlight replaced, they told her they would have to remove the wheels to do that and called her on the phone to ask where the wheel locks were, she told them in the trunk. After receiving her vehicle back, she was looking in the trunk and couldn't find the wheel locks. When she called this business back and asked them about it, they told her they didn't have to use them, but now she can't find her wheel locks.

Thank you for your review. As we stated we asked about it just incase we needed to take the tire off but did not need them. We did offer for any misunderstanding that if you wanted to get a new set of wheel locks we would remove and install your new set at no charge.

Sherri said they always honest with her, don't try to make her get service she doesn't need. The staff takes the time to explain to her, shows her the parts and what is wrong with it. She said they are very good and she will go back again.
