Dishonest and Unethical
A guy named JOE worked on my jeep. Called and told me $250 to fix and have it by morning. I pick it up following day (definitely NOT by morning...was evening) and it was $350 NOT $250. I questioned why and he told me he changed not only the plugs but also the coils. However when he had called me the day before with quote he SPECIFICALLY told me it was the plugs BUT THE COILS WERE FINE when I questioned them???? Not to mention he NEVER called me with a addition in price...THE VERY NEXT DAY IT BEGAN DOING THE SAME THING AGAIN SO NEEDLESS TO SAY PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED!!! I was hoping to get it fixed while I was off work yet here I am now driving it and not knowing from one day to the next if its going to make it...He just put a bandaid on it long enough for me to pick it up. NOT HAPPY. Everyone keeps telling me to call them and complain and to leave them a bad review...so...even though one bad guy shouldnt ruin a business name, here I am to tell you they definitely have a bad apple!!
