Dishonest and Unethical
A guy named JOE worked on my jeep. Called and told me $250 to fix and have it by morning. I pick it up following day (definitely NOT by morning...was evening) and it was $350 NOT $250. I questioned why and he told me he changed not only the plugs but also the coils. However when he had called me the day before with quote he SPECIFICALLY told me it was the plugs BUT THE COILS WERE FINE when I questioned them???? Not to mention he NEVER called me with a addition in price...THE VERY NEXT DAY IT BEGAN DOING THE SAME THING AGAIN SO NEEDLESS TO SAY PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED!!! I was hoping to get it fixed while I was off work yet here I am now driving it and not knowing from one day to the next if its going to make it...He just put a bandaid on it long enough for me to pick it up. NOT HAPPY. Everyone keeps telling me to call them and complain and to leave them a bad review...so...even though one bad guy shouldnt ruin a business name, here I am to tell you they definitely have a bad apple!!

Exceptional Service
From the office help to the driver, the service was over the top!!! The driver, Orin was courteous, professional and the cab of his tow truck was clean. Although my morning wasn't the best Orin sure knew how to turn my day around and make me laugh. I had a great experience with this company and would use them again. Highly recommend using them!

Awesome service
I called roadside assistance to fix my flat on my F150 and Andrew was sent out to help. He was very courteous and friendly. He fixed my flat quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Priority to anyone. And Andrew was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job! Thank you.

Wonderful!!
Everyone at Proirity Collision was super nice. Joe fixed my car fast and it was excellent service. Matt was friendly, and Orin is a fantastic, courteous towtruck driver. The receptionists were also helpful and efficient. Thanks Priority! Great Place!

Highly recommend
I can not say enough about the selrvice that I received from the moment that I called and spoke with the receptionist, to the point that I spoke to the owner Matt Spencer/Mechanic. They worked with my insurance for the tow, and fixed a problem that had just supposably been taken care of by a mechanic in Charlotte. He went over and above to solve the problem and I was reasonably and fairly charged. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rip Off. Don't call for Tow!!!!!!
I had my roadside assistance call the nearest available towing service to tow my vehicle. An hour later I get a call from my vehicle assistant telling me that they had Priority Collision coming out by that time my vehicle started already had gone home I started my vehicle assistance company to cancel the appointment it was within 10 minutes at that time I got a call from Keegan your driver telling he was about to leave. I instructed and I need to cancel it I already got the vehicle home he said ok and hung up. Priority Collision then spoke with my service center instructed they needex to be paid. They lied about leaving as well as being 10 minutes away from my location even though I'm 30 minutes away. When I try to call back Keegan he was verbally abusive as well as when I call the Collision Center back also they were verbally abusive and hung up due to the fact that they falsely billed for a service not provided. Seems they are desperate for money

Shady business
Not sure how this business gets so many good reviews, but they are so shady. I can't go into details but just be very clear at what the price is for a repair and get things in writing before you have anything done by them.
The first warning should be the obnoxious little dog barking at you when you walk in the door.
Also, the reviews make me question who is doing the reviewing. They are all very similar in style and within a few days of each other.
Just be careful when using this company.
