Bad communication, terrible time estimates
The actual repair was good but their time estimate was way, way off and the staff did not seem to be on the same page at all. When I finally was able to pick up my car I noticed the tire pressure sensor light was on. I went back immediately and asked about it. I asked if they knew it was on and was told yes. I asked why I was not told and was given a rambling non specific response. Their answer was for me to go to Les Shwab and send the bill to them.

Amanda said she did not have the greatest experience with this business when she went to pick up her vehicle. The staff member who helped her was condescending and annoyed and she had no idea why. She was a bit put off by this. She was very pleased with the repair of her vehicle. Her vehicle was a week late because they had found additional damage. She was not kept adequately informed and she had to call and find out what was going on with her vehicle.

Bruce said he was mostly satisfied with his experience. The staff at the desk was fine and it was done on time. There was a part of the fender that was damaged and it was not covered by insurance. They did not fix it, but they could have called and told him about it or asked if he wanted to pay to have it fixed. They did not call and it was not fixed. He was disappointed that they did not go the extra mile and check with the insurance company or check with him.

Brooke said it was an overall good experience, although it took longer than expected. The vehicle was completed five days later than had been promised because the facility was looking for the side door panel which was no longer available. The window was then fixed on the vehicle.
