My sales experience was beyond exceptional - a 10 out of 10 when I purchased a 2024 new Hyundai Santa Fe in November, 2024; however, in the past weeks service department has given me a totally different perception of Potamkin and at this point I won't be back for any reason. Service leadership has shown an argumentative and defensive attitude as I attempted a fourth time repair of a seat warmer under warranty. I won't bore with details but was told last Friday when car was picked up that if this doesn't fix, warranty cannot be involved anymore. Since when does a repair tech get to make a decision on when or when not a warranty can be used or discarded? Needless to say, I won't be back to Potamkin Stone Mountain and will dissuade my friends from this dealership based on their service indifference and callous regard for their customers.
