My experience was great. Management took care of me in a professional manner.
The oil change was the usual but the mechanic found a hole in a reservoir for my coolant. They ordered the part and repaired it. Great service.

These guys know their cars and total experts at keeping high mileage cars safely on the road!

The “Votech Spirit” …
My family and I have been loyal customers of Votech for over 20 years. However, since the company was acquired, it feels like the culture and spirit that once defined Votech have disappeared. What used to be a warm, personalized “mom-and-pop” experience now feels more like a generic, commercialized, fast talking, condescending operation, lacking the familiarity, integrity and personal touch we always appreciated. We’re saddened to leave but we pray for better success.

Sorry your experiance was bad. After speaking with my service writer about this I was informed that you declined the brake service. You wanted brake pads but my service writer advised you that brake rotors were needed as well due to the old pads grinding into the rotors. The service was declined and nothing was done. Again, I apologize for anything you may have taken as offensive or condescending but I hope to earn you business again one day.
