I've been a customer at Pet Palace for over 20 years, and I know I can count on them to stock healthy pet food and snacks at reasonable, competitive prices. Whenever I've needed any other product, I've usually been able to find it there. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful, offering to carry out heavy items to my car, which has been a great help at times. If I need something that isn't in stock (very rare), they're great about getting it ordered and letting me know when I can expect it to arrive. There are some cats and dogs who serve as greeters or are available for petting, too, which always warms my heart. These people really care about their customers, no matter the species!
