Waited a little over an hour for 22,500 service. Got a free car wash!
Got in right away (had an appointment).
The service representative honored a 22,500 service price from another dealer.
The other dealer had recommended fuel injection cleaning that the service representative said wasn't due until 30,000 miles.
The service was completed, including a car wash in twenty minutes fewer than the service representative had estimated.

Great experience
I wish the wait times weren’t as long, but they changed my oil, serviced my car and rotated tires as well as washed my car! All for free under the warranty!

It's important for me to know what was done to my vehicle. The rep did not explain this to me. It's equally important to know about any required upcoming services. Again, the rep did not mention any of this to me.
