I cannot express how grateful I am to the team at [Dealership Name]! I originally came in because a rat had chewed through the wires in my car’s AC system. I was expecting a $150 fix, but they called and let me know the damage was much worse than expected—it was going to be $580, which I sadly couldn’t afford at the time. I told them I’d have to reschedule and came to pick up my car after work, assuming I’d be leaving without repairs.

But then something incredible happened—Keith, the owner, came out and told me that Ryan (the mechanic) and Ale (the manager) covered the cost themselves. I broke down in tears. Times are really hard right now, and I never expected such kindness.

They told me they noticed my car is black and saw the car seat—and said there was no way they were going to let my daughter and me ride around in that heat without AC. That moment reminded me that there are still genuinely good people in this world.

Huge thank you to Ryan, Ale, and Keith. You didn’t just fix my car—you lifted a burden off my shoulders. I’ll never forget it. You’ve earned a customer for life. 💛
