David said he walked in and they took care of him and the estimate right away. They took him home and he said he was happy. He did not ask the business to inform him. They told him it would take five days and it did.

Scott said the business was fast and their estimate of the cost of his repair was accurate. His vehicle was not in long enough to receive updates, however when he called to find out if his vehicle was ready, he was told that someone had sent him a text stating that it was but he never received a text.

Kenneth said the business was incredibly helpful, they explained what to expect during the repair process. When he first got there they took photos of his vehicle, in the following days he received text messages about the status of the repairs. He said when he picked up his vehicle it was cleaner than when he dropped it off. They had even detailed it, which really was not necessary, but it was appreciated.

Tamara said the employees at this business did a good job on her vehicle. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready sooner than it was but there was an issue with an ordered part. She was okay with the wait because she had the rental vehicle. She would go quite a few days without getting an update and had to call them herself. The employees were really nice and she was satisfied overall.
