So much trouble to schedule Genesis service
I am a snowbird. I purchased my Genesis G70 up north and have had it serviced @ OBrien. I cannot believe how difficult it is to do this. I have called and been told the only person who can schedule is not in. I have called and gotten no answer. Finally, I got through, talked to a very pleasant young man who scheduled me for service today. I asked if concierge service was possible since I live in Sanibel. After checking with his superior, I was told “yes”. It was scheduled for today at 9:00 AM. No one showed up to pick up the car or called to say they weren’t able to do it today. I waited all day and finally called about 5:00PM. The phone rang & rang without being answered. Since the car has to be driven 1500 miles back in the next few weeks, I guess I’ll try again tomorrow. If not, I guess I’ll have to call a dealer in Naples.
I love my Genesis but if it’s that difficult to schedule service, I’ll have to change brands.
