They seem overworked resulting in incomplete workmanship and congeniality.
Northwood Hyundai needs a morale booster perhaps. Maybe they're overworked. I can only trust my car is in good hands... even though the last visit was incomplete and they barely took responsibility for it. And lacked in social graces. I hope that changes. That's one reason why I bought a new car.
