Poor customer service. They don’t explain to you what they are charging you for nor how much it will cost you. I took my car in less than a month ago, same light came back on. So I called to see if I can bring it back in to get looked at. They said it was my gas cap this time. But what it comes down to is if they didn’t just clear codes thinking they fix the issue I wouldn’t be having to pay another 132 dollars after I just spent $276 less than a month ago to get the same issue fixed. I just put a brand new cap on before taking it to them.
As the guy had to explain to me multiple times that he’s not ripping me off nor stealing my money. If you have to say that then something’s not right. When I never even mentioned he was just trying to get more money.
