I recently moved here from SE TX, needing a good place to work on my truck, after receiving an outrageous estimate from a National Chain, found this golden spot! I called on a Friday, got scheduled for a Monday morning repair. The estimate was HUNDREDS less than the other places and the availability was exceptional! The customer care was above 100%. Very friendly, and helpful. Got me in for a brake repair and inspection, all before lunch! Was looking for information on upgrades, and the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! DEFINATELY has my business for everything mechanical from no on!

For me the place to go
Took my 09 Pilot for an alignment and tire rotation. Bijan called me back after a bit and said the car was ready. I inquired about the tire rotation and he said the car didn’t need it. To me that was awesome, an honest person saying the car really doesn’t need some requested work. That also tells me that if my car really needed some work he’d let me know exactly what was needed. I posted before I believe for a window repair that he tried to get a part cheaper but unfortunately it was not available. This place is great and is Bijan. Also, he took a couple of minutes just to chat about different things, to me he is a real people person, and takes the time to explain things when explanations are needed. I’ll be bringing my truck in a couple of weeks for an alignment also. Thanks as always Bijan!!

Poor place of business
Poor customer service. They don’t explain to you what they are charging you for nor how much it will cost you. I took my car in less than a month ago, same light came back on. So I called to see if I can bring it back in to get looked at. They said it was my gas cap this time. But what it comes down to is if they didn’t just clear codes thinking they fix the issue I wouldn’t be having to pay another 132 dollars after I just spent $276 less than a month ago to get the same issue fixed. I just put a brand new cap on before taking it to them.
As the guy had to explain to me multiple times that he’s not ripping me off nor stealing my money. If you have to say that then something’s not right. When I never even mentioned he was just trying to get more money.

Honest and Integrity
98 Dodge ram 313,000 miles took it in for not shifting. Could easily have taken advantage of ( older woman over 60) need a new transmission . But no they found the issue ,and had me back on the road for minimal cost . well worth the drive for me . Glad I found them will definetly use the from now on.

WOW!!!!!
Okay,,,where do I start, is it where I saved a boat load of money? Or they got my car two days earlier than anticipated? Or how friendly, courteous and professional they were!!!!! I took my daily driver/beater into a dealer for an exhaust leak and told them just give me a price for the cheapest fix. After telling me it would be rather pricey, ,,,,,,,to their credit,,,,,they recommended NEED FOR SPEED. So I went there. There were a bunch of cars there which I thought was a good sign that a lot of people thought this place was so great that they brought their cars here. Also I generally checked the reviews online which seemly were vastly 5 stars and very positive. I brought my car in and explained to Bijan the above situation and he understood. He called with an estimate which was substantially less than the dealer, and we went with that. He called soon thereafter and said the car was done 2 days than anticipated!!!! He was very professional and very easy to talk to. I brought the car in specifically for the exhaust/muffler issue. This was my first time there. In our conversations, I learned this is pretty much a full service shop, he said they don't do rebuilds. NFS will now be one of my go to places for car/truck issues. As it should be everyone else's also, this place has that great local feel with the exceptional expertise included also. Thanks folks.
