I was hesitant to use a new place with an unfamiliar group. I needed brakes and found their price reasonable. The service was excellent, I received reminders via text, and felt that they knew what they were doing and did it well. Will definitely be using them again. Quality and great customer care!
Barret said that the interior of his windshield felt slimy after he had his vehicle detailed at this business, he had to go back in with Windex and clean the windshield himself to get it off, He stated that he should not have to do that after getting his vehicle detailed and that he will not be using this facility in the future. He mentioned that he does not recommend this business for these reasons.
Had great experience with these guys. They thoroughly look for the issue and fix it. Unlike other auto services they guys know their stuff and can explain it easily to understand. The guy at front desk was great he took my other car and ran quick diagnostics to check the issue. Would definitely recommend these guys for car services.
My Tech did an awesome job with the detailing of my car. I would highly recommend these guys. I know that I will be visiting them again for future car care needs.
I had an appointment for a hand car wash. They didnt get to it to after my appointment time, over an hr wait. Car was not cleaned completely, windows were not cleaned and tire dressing was not applied. I was already running late otherwise I would have bought this to there attention. They did reach out for a free car wash, so I am going to give them a second try as I am interested in other services they offer and based off of the positive reviews I am just going write this one incident off as a fluke.
I wanted to get my husband that ceramic coating for his vehicle for Christmas... especially with winter approaching and having the vehicle repainted in the spring. But it was a bit of a challenge to find a place that could fit it inside their shop and not be too Outrageously priced ... it’s lifted (almost 8ft tall) & extremely big (Ford Excursion). So when I came across My Tech Auto I emailed them a few questions & concerns... which were answered quickly. They even offered a 15% discount for veterans/active military... which I love places that are supporters! They were also to able to work around our schedule... my husband’s schedule is a little difficult being a firefighter. A Ford Excursion is an extremely large vehicle but they stayed later just to finish it in a timely manner which we were impressed about. And they did an outstanding job!!!.... wow! Looked just as good and maybe a little better than the day it was repainted! I can’t say enough great things about them... definitely would recommend them to anyone!
My tech auto was a wonderful experience. Got my brake discs and pads changed. The process was absolutely hassle free, the people were very nice and helpful. The prices were stunning for the quality and promptness of the service.
