Air Bag Deployment Repair with Fender Bender
We bumped a concreted wall while parking. Air bag warning light became evident. Whitt Bros chased it down to the passenger side seat belt pretensioner and replaced the assy. We dropped off the car on Wed afternoon and got it back 24 hrs later. Paid MSRP on part and $180 on labor. Not bad at all for 24 hr turnaround. This is an accessible minivan that we cannot do without.

Thia company is always on top of things!
I took the car in for an oil change and several other regular maintenance items. They changed the oil, but held back on the others indicating "I don't need them at this time". It would have been so easy for them to provide the work & charge me for it, but Whitt Bros doesn't work that way. Yet another reason that I've been going to them since the mid '80's. Thanks guys!

New battery in sub zero weather
Mike got me in right away to put a new battery in my car. Pretty amazing as I'm sure I was not his only customer with a dead battery in sub zero temps.
Mike was very nice and accommodating.
