Battery replacement
Crooks and deviously wrong. You are a scam artist. Yes Josh you are a scam artist. You committed a crime but I can't prove. I know you did it because I predicted you would sabotage my daughter's car. Sure enough the dealership prove it after she left your shop. You had the nerve to charge her 500 bucks to replace a battery. Yes she gave you approval to fit the vehicle. Yes her fault she just didn't know. So you angrily offered to take the battery out with no charge. That's when I told my daughter I hope Josh don't sabotage or damage your car. Sure enough you did. You stripped the cable terminal bolts. Bad Bad business.Please stay away from this place.

Battery replacement
Josh gets negative stars. You are devious and destroyed a car because
you uncharged for battery replacement 500 bucks on 2016 Malibu. Chevy dealership only charged less than 300 dollars. You take advantage of women. You damaged her car because she didn't want to pay you ridiculous expensive price. A Chevy dealership assessed the vehicle after she refused to pay your prices. So you made sure it will cost her. You stripped the battery cable bolts. I know you did it because you would have told her the bolts were stripped when you replace the battery. You Josh took the battery out and damaged vandalized her car. We can't prove it but you was angry when we told you that 500 buck for battery replacement is too expensive. So all those 5 stars reviews has to be a lie. I'm not worry because people like you want last in business that's guaranteed. ?

Josh stated that there was a lot of back and forth to fix the problem and that every time he took his vehicle back, they added a different charge. He said that he had to get a rental car for two days because the vehicle was not done sooner.

We appreciate your feedback. It's important to us that our customers feel supported throughout the repair process. We apologize if there was any confusion with the charges, and we assure you that we continuously strive to improve our transparency in pricing. As you know and we discussed with you, as we fixed one leak, another would appear after you left the shop. As for the rental car, you asked us to keep your truck and make sure no more leaks appeared before your drive to Georgia, because you had a rental vehicle, while we had it in for the last leak before you left. So that's what we did. I do believe we also informed you of some other hoses that could potentially need replaced very soon as well that you chose not to have replaced before your trip to Georgia.

Shouldn't fix brakes
I had to bring my car back twice after getting the brakes done because they kept squeaky but they kept telling me it's normal for that to happen but it was happening after 3 weeks then I had to leave my car again I will not be coming back up to this place at all is horrible, I eventually had to get my brother involved for them to take me seriously

Excellent service
Mr mechanic is the most hxonest dependable repair shop I've ever used. I've sent numerous friends and relatives to them who've appreciated the same great service. They are not the cheapest but they get it done right and offer options.
