Very bad service, Deceptive practices
We took our van in to get it ready for our first trip since I was diagnosed with cancer. They fixed some things, I think they fixed them anyway. They left the van behind the building and I'm pretty sure it had to be jumped because she had mentioned it starting kinda poorly so she asked about our battery or alternator before she brought the car around, she also left it running outside. She then let my husband leave- knowing that the battery would be dead because they left the lights on for, apparently, a few days! When we had told them the battery and alternator were only one yr. old., only after my husband called them back the very next day, because our battery was dead. He asked them what happened and that's when she admitted that they left the lights on. That is when she told is when she told him that she charged it for an hr., but she couldn't have because it only held charge long enough to get it home. If they charged it for an hr like she said she would've known that the battery was dead, so that is why I think they jumped the car. They were either just stupid people that left the lights on and couldn't own it or they were trying to get a new alternator and battery out of us.
