First Visit to Subaru Guru
My experience with Subaru Guru was very good. My appointment was easy to make, they answered their phone and my questions about my Subaru Foresters issue. Appointments were not weeks out they got me in very quickly. They were very communicative, they even inspected my vehicle for possible other problems for free!

Super efficient friendly service. And priced way less than the "other'' place.
Can you imagine looking forward to going to a service facility and anticipating having a good, thorough and professional and inexpensive experience. That's what you will get when you get here. These folks know what they are doing and they do it very well - from the front desk to the work area.

This place never ceases to amaze me. Every person is friendly & knowledgeable. They do a crazy thorough inspection & take time to explain everything. The real bonus is they don’t do work that isn’t needed. I will never take my subie anywhere else. Honest, legit & speedy work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Honest
Everyone I spoke with was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They were hosting a free inspection month which I was unaware of when I took car in for diagnosis. When I picked up keys, they told me it was all free. They were great at keeping me in the loop, getting ahold of them was easy, they worked with me on my pick-up schedule. They provided a digital service record via text - it included a photo of their findings, who worked on my car, what they did, and what they recommend. Highly highly recommend Suba guru if you have a Subaru. These people care about the work they do and it shows.
