Great work and customer service
I've brought my 2000 Jaguar XKR to Mountain View Imports for service ever since moving back to Central Oregon 9 years ago. Whether it's a simple oil change or major work like placing a new timing belt, they have always been outstanding at communicating and completing necessary repairs within the stated timeframe. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable
The entire staff at Mountain View Imports is a shining reflection of my Review Title.
I was in for a pre-purchase inspection of an Audi A4 Quattro. The report was thorough and informative. I happened to be able to have a one on one with James, my technician. He was gracious enough to spend a few moments with me to answer some vital questions about the Audi. He also gave me insight into other car manufacturers year and models that might suit my needs.
For some reason I felt James' willingness to go beyond the inspection, and share his expertise, is simply the culture of Mountain View Imports.
They have won me over as a future and dedicated customer.

Very bad service, Deceptive practices
We took our van in to get it ready for our first trip since I was diagnosed with cancer. They fixed some things, I think they fixed them anyway. They left the van behind the building and I'm pretty sure it had to be jumped because she had mentioned it starting kinda poorly so she asked about our battery or alternator before she brought the car around, she also left it running outside. She then let my husband leave- knowing that the battery would be dead because they left the lights on for, apparently, a few days! When we had told them the battery and alternator were only one yr. old., only after my husband called them back the very next day, because our battery was dead. He asked them what happened and that's when she admitted that they left the lights on. That is when she told is when she told him that she charged it for an hr., but she couldn't have because it only held charge long enough to get it home. If they charged it for an hr like she said she would've known that the battery was dead, so that is why I think they jumped the car. They were either just stupid people that left the lights on and couldn't own it or they were trying to get a new alternator and battery out of us.

Very helpful and service was outstanding
I was in a pinch and needed some strut coils transferred from old to the new ones. I called around and found most of the shops in bend Oregon told me they had a two week Backlog? I was bringing in parts not the car. So basically the others didn’t want my business. I saw maintain view out of the corner of my eye . I stopped in, was kindly greeted and wow the gal in the office said,” sure we can do it today”, cool I was happy. They called me in under two hours stating my struts are ready. Very impressed. I found a great place to take my cars when needed.

Truck Repair
These guys have been taking great care of my 2004 Tundra for years. The service is great. They know what they are doing. The pricing seems fair. I never feel like they over sold me anything. My wife wants me to buy a new truck. All I say is there is nothing wrong with my truck. I can say that because of Mt View Imports. Thanks guys.

Hugh had taken care and had rebuilt my classic. He had my total confidence. Now his son is taking over. Hope he can build my confidence too. Did a good job with oil change and diagnosis of brake problem.
