Carrel said they treated him well, they were courteous, nice and they did what they said they would do. He said the person who prepared his estimate was very knowledgeable. He stated he had no communication with this facility and chose not to elaborate. He mentioned that Matt was very nice, courteous and he liked dealing with him.
