Rito said they usually do excellent work and they are friendly, but on his last visit he went to use his Midas credit card to pay for the service. He said he was unable to use it because they told him they closed out his account because he hadn't used it in a year. They told him he would have to reapply and they could not offer any instant credit right then. He was not happy with this because he then had to scramble to find the means to pay them.
Charles said there was a great guy helping him out, he did a good job, provided explanations for the work and got him in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Elvie said he went for a oil change and he thinks they didnt fill all his fluids, his brakes had some give and he thinks they didnt put any brake fluid in his vehicle.
Amanda said she took her vehicle to this business for brakes, they did not advise her that with the axle leak would ruin her braking because it had been leaking apparently since she purchased the vehicle, and now she has to go to a whole other business for them to fix the axel leak and pay for another set of brakes, this is why she would not recommend them for service.
