They really want to help you.
I went to McCabe for my first time. A very friendly staff that all made me feel like my service appointment was important to them. I told them what I wanted my transmission, transfer case, and differtial fluids changed. I also told them I was going on trip. They got me fast and took care of all. They even checked and set my tire pressures. They checked or asked me about the important things for a trip. They thanked me for my business after the service. My car was clean and had no evidence of being in a garage after the service.

Efficient and Competent
A great place for auto repairs. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees. They take the time to explain and answer all questions. Plus, the shuttle service, driver Keith, is so helpful and much appreciated. I completely trust McCabe's!

Awesome service
Our vehicle was practically undrivable when we brought it in. Your customer service was terrific and Mike kept us appraised of everything we needed and what he was doing. Kita gave us new customer discount and diagnosis discount. Despite all the parts that needed to be replaced the car was ready the next day. It runs and rides great now!

Beyond exceptional
I'm visiting from out of town and called MCabes in an emergency situation to fix my car before my trip back home. .

They went above and beyond to thoroughly examine my car and address my concerns with great detail.

Jeanette made my car a priority got my car in the same day and it was done by 11
am the next day.
She wrote a detailed report not my car's inspection.

My family has taken our cars to McCabes since I was a little girl. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy.

They are 100% my mechanic when I'm in town.

Quick, friendly, and wonderful.
My wife's much beloved 94Saturn SL2 was in for a oil change service and courtesy inspection and all was done on time. We are very happly, as always.

At 81 I’m still amazed at the cost of parts and labor But I trust that MaCabes does excellent work.
At 81 I must admit that the cost of parts and labor today gives me sticker shock but I trust McCabe’s work ethic and believe they provid excellent service for the price.

Amazing shop
I had my car towed here and had never been here before, I was definitely scared about being at a new shop. However, Donovan was a great tech and called me with every update to my car, explained all issues, and did not make me pay for or include services that I did not need - I wasn’t hustled. The staff is outstanding and I will be coming back for any future work I need done!

Honest
McCabe’s has always treated me with respect and have been up front about any problems with my vehicle. Any issues have been explained clearly by the mechanics and when I decide to have the repairs done, they do exactly what they said they would and don’t nickel and dime you to inflate the bill.

Amazing Service and Quick Turn
Brought my vehicle in for a pre-trip inspection. Inspection was quick and done properly, with details sent to my email. In fact, they found an issue that another shop created. Will definitely return when more work is needed.

Amazing Customer Service
Kita and Donovan are phenomenal people who were transparent and so kind throughout the whole process. They were accommodating and able to answer all of my questions and didn’t pressure me into making any decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. Our family loves McCabes and they will be taking care of our cars for as long as we live here.

Excellent service and quick turnaround
Donovan and team were incredibe. Being my first time at the shop, I was reassured of the care they put into their work. Even with the heavy amount of work that had to be done, I was impressed at the quick turnaround before close of business on Friday. I will definitely be returning.

McCabe's = Great Car Care
Began taking my 2005 Toyota Highlander to McCabe's in 2024 after buying a neighborhood discount card from Steve.
The card paid for itself with my first visit.
They enjoy taking good care of their customers.
Their shuttle service and loaner cars have both been an asset also.
I've recommended McCabe's to numerous people. My family have begun using their services too.
