I am very sorry to hear that you felt April was "domineering" in her approach. We did go back to listen to the recording of her conversation with you and felt she was professional and tried to thoroughly explain the issue we were trying to address. We never pressure our customers into repairs. As a shop that takes pride in ensuring our customers safety we will make our customers aware of needed repairs, however, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to make those decisions.
