Good repair work. Overall bad experience.
Very dissatisfied. Had my vehicle 6 days before they even looked at it. Kept changing completion date. Poor communication between departments as well as with me. I feel like they abused my repair as I was from out of state and they kept finding more things to charge to my insurance. Last completion date was a week over the 30 day insurance coverage. After speaking with general manager collision dept was going to provide rental service through completion of job. Miraculously, my car was completed the next day. I will definately not be looking to this Toyota dealership for my next vehicle nor will I be recommending it too family or friends.

Very Good Experience
I received excellent customer service from the first phone call to the day I picked up my car. I am very impressed with the repair work done on my car. Great communication throughout the process informing me where my vehicle was in the process. The young man that brought my car up to me the day I picked it up went above and beyond to make sure my car was clean. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. My only negative is that it took me 2 months to get an appointment to bring my car in then it took another week for some to look at it. But, other than that I am very pleased with the service I received at Mike Johnson's Collision.

A very happy customer
I was extremely happy with my service. From the first call the reps were extremely compassionate and made the process easy for me to get started. Once my car was dropped off and repairs were started I received ample updates and even a call with an updated price for the repairs. I would highly recommend this collision center.

Job "Well Done"!
Great and talented technical and administrative staff! They made it easy to work with my insurance company by involving them in the cost estimates and navigating the ongoing saga of what goes on between insurance companies trying to save a buck and the representation of a customer working to get a car fixed. Painless process
Everyone was kind and courteous, and kept me informed along the way. Everything was smooth, from getting a rental car to communicating with the insurance adjuster. Great work and definitely recommend if you have a Toyota.

Broken mirror guy
These folks were compassionate, understood my need for a quick replacement for my broken mirror. They had one next day and installed it quickly. Great team from the front desk to the mechanics that fixed sequoia.

The damage on the bumper to fix I thought was pretty expensive but overall they did a good job on the car.
