I came in for routine maintenance on my brakes and the team encountered an extra issue none of us could have foreseen. They knew my car very well and Andrew, Victor, and the mechanics worked diligently to diagnose and solve it. And they’ve kept me informed along the way.
This group are a virtuous, intelligent, honest, caring, and compassionate team of people—purely unmatched by anyone else. I’ve been a BMW owner for 11 years—lived in three different states, and I’ve never had this level of expertise and care before.

Luis is the best mechanic I have found! He is honest and trustworthy. I first took my BMW 335i to the
dealership to fix a coolant issue and was quoted $2500. I thought that was ridiculous so I then took it to Luis. He fixed the coolant issue, changed the front brake pads, and did an oil change for under $1000! This is what an honest mechanic looks like! I highly recommend Valette Auto Repair for your foreign and domestic vehicles!

I am just not taking my car to anyone else. I was being asked to pay over $1400 for a repair from a p
revious business that I took all of our cars to (we have 3 BMW's). They indicated to me that it required them to take the engine apart to reach the part that needed to be replaced. I decided to get another opinion when I stumbled on a YouTube video outlining this repair that seemed to me I could actually do myself if I had the part. I called B&B as my sister took her cars to them and they KNEW of the issue and told me the repair would take a few minutes-- they could do it in the PARKING LOT while I waited for under $200. Needless to say I stopped going to my "trusted" service provider and have not looked back since. In another example, I took my car in and while waiting they identified it was also a known issue, printed the paperwork from BMW for ME and had me take it to the dealer to get this repaired for FREE. The dealer had been charging everyone for this repair and were completely unaware that BMW would cover the cost until I strolled in with the paperwork B&B gave me.
