They said they could get my car looked at and let me know whats wrong. They did they told me i said go ahead call insurance and fix its under warranty. Heard nothing till late afternoon. Saying waiting for insurance to call back. What?? I went and got my car right before they closed cause i knew that was a lie.. All day wasted! I call on Monday asking why they did not work on my car he said frankly i never called your insurance I didn't have time. Why did noone call me and tell me?? I had no car all wknd as it is unsafe to drive. He also told me i could go somewhere else! I definitely will!! No apologies nothing. Sad they do not care about their customers or their time.
