I recommend highly --- and above that!
I went to Latuff Brothers Auto Body after a frustrating and scary accident that damaged my car's front end and part of engine. All the staff there were excellent at all times of the experience. The front desk person who answered my multiple inquiries and updates... friendly and never made me feel any question was insignificant. They also returned calls quickly or would call to tell me they needed more time to get back to me on further details. The people who I worked with all the estimates and fixing of my car was outstanding - thru the entire process. The car repairs were done as I had hoped. All communication and paperwork and timelines were met above and beyond. I'd recommend without any reservation to anyone! A++ rating from me.

Excellent service, so happy with their work!
The process for getting an estimate, scheduling the work, communication on time to completion, and pickup were seamless. My car looks brand new, as they replaced everything that was even slightly damaged, and even fixed a few scrapes and chips unrelated to the claim. Furthermore the staff at Latuff Body Shop went above and beyond as I grappled with ill timed battery trouble after the work was completed (totally unrelated). I couldn't be happier with the service and won't go anywhere else for body work in the future.

Friendly, professional, and easy!
Latuff worked directly with my insurance on the updated claim and payment. They provided DAILY updates regarding the progress of my repairs. Being Subaru Certified gave me the extra confidence that my car was in good hands. All staff interactions were extremely friendly. They helped coordinate a rental car, as well. Everything was handled in a way that was the easiest and most convenient for me! Highly recommend!

Rare and exceptional.
The process couldn't have been smoother or more professional. They were highly communicative and responsive, friendly and easy to work with. They were well-organized and deeply experienced in coordinating efforts with insurance company and car rental company. The estimates were accurate, work was performed well and in a timely fashion, and my car was returned cleaner than when I left it. All the staff people were terrific from beginning to end. This was a rare and exceptional customer experience! My only regret was needing their services in the first place.
