Happy customer
Very thorough . Friendly and accommodating .
They sure my questions were answered, kept me informed of the progress and pick-up date. My car looks new. It was also very clean inside and out.
I would definitely use Luther Collision again.

Poor service and long wait time
The repair took twice as long as I was originally told. I brought it in on 9/27 because that was the soonest appointment available (7 weeks out from when I called to schedule the repair). The communication was a lot the first week then nothing going forward. I was given no reason for the delay in repairs or any estimate when they might be done. When I called to find out where things were at on 10/13, because the rep didn’t call to give an update when he said he would, I was sent to voicemail. The following week 10/17, he had no answer as to when it would be done or why it was taking so long. Then I got a text on 10/20 that there was yet another supplement and I couldn’t get my car until that was approved. Again my insurance company responded immediately and I was finally able to pick it up that day. Should I need body work in the future, I definitely won’t be bringing it here

Bumper Replacement
Mike Deutsch made the experience so easy. He helped me with all questions I had. The whole process was so simple. I didn't have to do anything on my end. It was nice to have great customer service/experience as that is unfortunately rare these days.

Stolen car damage
From my first contact with Luther everyone was very professional and made the next ten days
until I picked up my Subaru a relative easy experience. They helped to make my car issues a lot
smaller than they originally started to be. Some men had stolen it from Cub Foods parking lot and had a party in it for a few days. Thanks to you and Starlink for restoring it .

Very positive experience
The part needing replacement was back ordered but when it came in the repair was done quickly and I was very satisfied with how it was handled.

Terrible Experience
It took a month to complete a repair that the shop knew was incoming for over two months prior to drop off. When the vehicle was finally done, the low tire pressure light was on when I picked it up.
