Clarence said he took his vehicle in and not only could they not fix the problem because they did not have the correct tool, but they did not tell him when they called and asked if he wanted the tires balanced. Then after doing that, they said the tires were bad to begin with. He said why would they balance the tires when they are bad and they couldn't fix the original problem. He has two vehicles he wanted to take there but he will not be going back.
