Alternator and serpentine belt replaced on 2009 Honda CRV
I had an emergency with my alternator and serpentine belt, and they took my Honda CRV in right away to replace these items! Pete was very honest, trustworthy, helpful and expedient. The work they did was top notch, and the cost was reasonable. I will go back there again and recommend to others.

Excellent service!
I had an emergency with my alternator and serpentine belt, and they took my Honda CRV in right away! Pete was very honest, trustworthy, helpful and expedient. The work they did was top notch, and the cost was reasonable. I will go back there again and recommend to others.

Very prompt, and very reasonable price
i have had a recurrent problem with the turbocharger on my 2017 VW Alltrack. Frustrated with dealers, i tried Lost Mile. They were kind enough to order the part before i dropped the car off. I dropped the car on a Thursday at about 4:30p. They brought it right in, and started work. The job was completed the following afternoon. In contrast, sharp contrast, the last time a dealer performed the service, they had to wait for three days for the part, and then wait further for some additional parts. The entire repair took four days, instead of 24-hours.

Lost Mile is now my "go to" repair shop.
