Thorough, Courteous & Reasonable Service
I've been a customer of Greylock Auto repair for about 10 years. Never have i been dissatisfied with a repair, the service or the cost. Everyone is always friendly, they do not try to sell you anything you don't need (in fact, if you come in thinking you need something like tires, and you don't, they'll tell ya!), and they are in line with market service rates in the area. I no longer live in the area, but continue to choose Greylock because I trust their service and everything they offer.

Oil change
I went for my regular oil change and they found my filter behind my glove box was filthy
And they found an egg in my tire which would have been awful if the tire blew. Very pleased

Love these guys
I've been taking my car here since I moved back into the area almost ten years ago. These guys are the best, even when I had a bad day and was not the nicest (for which I apologized as it was not ok), they still treated me well and with compassion and respect and I just can't be more grateful for them all!
