Excellent service to adjust & maintain custom lift & suspension system. Also keeping a tired motor tuned well to keep running more miles before a rebuild is necessary. Good communication & service all round that is hard to find these days. :) :)
We were from out of town and standed with a locked trunk and vehicle was not operable
I was well pleased with the time my repairs were completed. The technician called me before the repairs were done and together we came up with a plan. Quality workmanship and the bill was reasonable. Only one issue was the trunk release button on the driver's side door was left hanging by the wire and didn't work. Not sure what happened there, but am going to call tomorrow and discuss.
From the first phone call to the time I picked up my truck, nothing but good to say! Morgan was the first one I spoke to, so he was my go-to guy and I was pleased! Very helpful and understanding. Lloyd's Automotive is the place to go! Thank you so much!!
We had a weird rattle coming from under the Jeep - Lloyd's immediately tracked it to an almost-failed driveshaft.
They replaced it in 2 days and for less than I expected.

New ball joints and wheel bearings repair
I'm really happy with repairs on front suspension wheel bearings and ball joints on my 30 year old 92 Subaru loyale that I've owned for 25 yrs. It has 236k on it and now it drives again like it did when it was new.
I broke down, and AAA towed me to Lloyd's after hours. They kept me informed of diagnosis and costs and were able to get me back on the road by the end of the day even though they had a full lot of jobs for the day. Thank you, Lloyd's!

The guys were quick to get my truck repaired. They found a hard to get part in less than a day and had me back on the road quickly. I’ll be back when I need work done.
It was my first time going to this shop and I happened upon it while having car troubles. From the moment that I called to inquire about services to when I came to pick up, everyone was very polite. I was very fairly charged and didn’t feel like I was being hassled or over charged in any way. I’ve had bad experiences at other places and been over charged or ripped off but this was different. So pleasant and I will be going back. I trust them to take care of my vehicle and tell me the truth about what’s going on.
