Mystery electrical issue
Our work truck had developed some mysterious electrical problems. We took it in several times to the brake shop and our diesel mechanic. We had two sets of front brakes that failed prematurely over less than two years. Very expensive. Bryan’s was able to diagnose the faulty switch and replace. Probably should have brought it here sooner. At least it is now working properly

Treated like I know nothing
After giving an explanation of issues with the truck as a good place to start. Kevin informed me that rear brakes don’t pulsate. He was wrong after I insisted that it was the case. He then went and actually checked and it was what I thought. Never talk down to people you don’t know. They may know more than you. After this I will know longer be using Bryan’s automotive.

Mystery Solved
Have 58,000 miles on the very reliable 2014 Tahoe (always serviced at Bryan's), but an odd occurrence about a week ago in the parking lot at the gym. Started the engine and the rear access door opened. And closed. Without touching the hatch release button. It happened again in my driveway. And a day or two later at Safeway. Thankfully, it didn't occur while driving, just when stopped, motor running, in park.
Fob malfunction? A short in the hatch mechanism? A haunting?
Stopped in at Bryan's just before closing Wednesday. Josh inspected the door, and in short order he and a tech diagnosed the issue -- a failing liftgate release switch. I didn't ask for any special treatment, but Josh said he could get the part and squeeze me in for installation the next day.
Mission accomplished...and I didn't need holy water or an exorcist to restore the lift gate to normal function.
Five-Star customer service: At Bryan's, it's the standard, not the exception.
