General Customer Service
I’ve been going to Automotive Artistry for several years now, Justin and his team have continually been knowledgeable, fair on price, honest with the problems, fast with the service, and is great about communicating updates along the way during maintenance. I’ve had some extensive and challenging mechanical work done with Justin with no complaints. A couple of rare occasions occurred when a small portion of the original problem persisted after we thought it had been fixed, brought the vehicle back and it was fixed free of charge. That being said, with the quality Automotive Artistry delivers, this place deserves every penny they charge for work. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to that have worked there have been polite and professional. I’ve recommended several people here over the years, never once a bad review. I’m Speaking for myself here, I know everyone’s experience can be different and every situation is not the same, but I haven’t been to another mechanic in many years. Placed like this are rare these days.

Excellent!
Automotive Artistry did an excellent job in getting our 1996 Ford van to run like new. The van was having issues with miss fires when starting the van. They did the analysis and found we needed new fuel injectors and a tuneup. When I started the van while I was picking it up, the van started and was running like a new van. Thank you Automotive Artistry for a great job and big thank you to Tim our automotive technician that did the analysis and the work. I highly recommend Automotive Artistry. 360-412-8038.
