Car hasn’t stopped having trouble and we’re not being taken care of
This has not been a great experience for me and my family.

First we had our child lock issue with our 2021 palisade where it would just continue to click when turned on.
Second they’ve never given rentals when repairs have been needed.
Third our AC and fan in the vehicle is not working and they want to charge us for a rental, charge us to fix the AC AND it’s only 3 years old and they say it “may” not be under warranty.
A few months later our car starts leaking oil and again “might not be under warranty” come to find out it was under warranty and it took a month to fix and they don’t want to cover the expense of the rental they told us to get and now they won’t return or answer any calls from us.
And just the latest to add to issues today the car will not start after just getting out of the shop.

I was told the Palisade and Hyundai would be a great option and great to work with. Absolutely not, I used to give great glowing reviews, but never again.
