I bought a care for my grandson in December 2025. They only one key/fob and they said they would reach out to the seller and if they couldn't get it, they would order one at no charge to me. P.J., my sales person, said he would pay it himself if they had to order it. God a call Friday to schedule about appointment to have the new fob programmed, so I made an appoint,ment for today, Monday, March 9, 2026. But when we got there, they had no record of who was paying for it, couldn't get up with P.J., had to wait for a manager to come in (10:30am). Finally they began programming the fob. Spent over 3 hours there waiting for them to get the facts straight. Should have been notes in the file. Extremely poor customer service. Hope the rest of service calls are better considering I bought the service package.
