No Charge for hours of Labor!
Midway Auto didn’t change me for the hours of labor spent on troubleshooting an electrical issue on my 2010 Buick Enclave.
I am very appreciative of their honesty and consideration towards customers.

Didn’t get what i asked for
I came to the shop with a clear request: to have an O2 sensor replaced, which I had already purchased. The check engine light was on, and I needed it off in order to get my vehicle’s tag renewed, which is set to expire in two days. I communicated this upfront and was expecting the shop to install the part.

Instead, a full diagnostic was performed, which I was charged $90 for. The results showed the same O2 sensor code that was previously pulled at O’Reilly’s, along with an additional code for the catalytic converter. While I understand and respect the shop’s thoroughness, I left feeling like my original request—to replace the O2 sensor—was overlooked.

It was also concerning that the recommendation to replace the entire system was mentioned before any testing was even done, which made it feel as though my concerns and urgency weren’t fully taken into account. I may need further repairs in the future, but my goal today was to address the immediate issue related to the O2 sensor and the check engine light along with having it inspected for registration purposes.

Overall, I left disappointed, as I did not get the resolution I came in for, and now I’m still unable to renew my tag on time.

They just great! I use them for all my car problems!
They have always come through for me. Dean is awesome. They are not only nice but professional. They have really worked with me on getting my car back on the road and prices are reasonable.
