This happens to be the worst car dealership I’ve ever worked with in 50 years. Not only is the service department unable to make an effective repair on a vehicle much of the staff are rude and inconsiderate. To be clear, everyone I’ve worked with on the blue team is impeccable. It is the rest of the dealership staff. One would think a customer would be treated better after spending many many many many thousands of dollars replacing a motor in a substandard vehicle the carries the Ford label. Avoid Landmark Ford like it’s Covid?
