Edgar was very thorough in explaining the work being done and offering suggestions. The team did a great job replacing my exhaust system and analyzing the conduit of my new-to-me vehicle.
Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. My old Jeep always needs something, maintenance-wise. They did a full evaluation and helped me prioritize what needed to go first and what could wait for next time.
Most importantly, they explained what needed doing and why without being condescending. I'm a woman, so I get a lot of surprised, 'oh!'s when I understand car stuff. None of that here, just treated like a normal person.

I had a great experience from start to finish.
I was pleasantly surprised at what a quality auto repair and body shop I had so close to me. They repaired my car ( a fender bender!) and kept me informed all along the way until the insurance paid, etc. I was treated with much respect by Edgar, the Manager and Aaron, the Mechanic who repaired my car and also replaced a sensor so I could pass DEQ and get my car registered and get tags and be legal on the road again!!!

While I’ve been taking my car hear for many years I’ve felt the prices have been increasing. While I understand some parts can be expensive I decided to search myself. Sure enough I find the part for a lower price than what was being estimated to me. Even when I account for Labor and diagnostics I get to roughly $600-$700 dollars. But to charge $1200 is ridiculous. So sadly I’m not feeling confident about taking my car here in the near future.
The immediate feedback and level of constant communication was the first thing that impressed me. After that was the thoroughness and quick responses and repairs of my car.

I am a long standing Canyon Auto customer. My passanger side mirror on my 2013 Kia Soul was damaged. I depend on that mirror and needed a quick repair as I was unable to drive safely without it. I called Canyon Auto and they had my mirror repaired by end of day. Amazing!!!
