Accessible by phone, clear communication, accurate diagnosis, and professional service.
We went to LakeSide for our Mercedes GLE400 after numerous nightmare experiences with Lithia MB of Portland. On a scale of 1-10, Lakeside is a solid 9 as compared to Lithia MB of Portland, which sad to say is a 1 at best in our opinion. Appreciated Lakeside being accessible, good communicators, professional and honest in all regards, whereas the opposite was true with MB of Portland.
After 25 years at MB of Portland, they couldn't get our vehicles or address sorted correctly, were difficult to reach by phone or otherwise, couldn't explain discrepancies in their recommendations and history of service, had unfathomable turnover, and repeatedly pushed (after Lithia purchased the dealership) to upsell unnecessary services. Lakeside is a breath of fresh air in comparison!

5 Stars, Great Service
Lakeside Mercedes Repair has been taking care of my 1999 ML320 since 2009. That's 16 years and still counting! There's always an accurate diagnosis, spot-on with repairs, no returns for follow-ups, and service is always complete. More importantly, I have all the confidence that Lakeside's work, and advice, will keep me rolling in my ML320 for more years to come. John and Taylor are great to work with.

SL500 Vario Roof
I called and about problems I was having getting my retractable roof to close. I was promptly scheduled for service and they kept my car inside their shop to protect it from damage. Work began and the quickly accessed parts and repairs needed to repair the quite complicated Vario Roof. The repairs were completed in time and on budget with very high quality work being done all while keeping my car protected and safe. I truly appreciate the accuracy and quality of work completed, on time, per quote.

Luxury service for your luxury car
This place is the best. They never try to upsell you. They take care of your car like it was their own. They tell you what to look out for and what you need to do. You never have to wonder if they are overcharging you or trying to get you to do things your car does not absolutely need. Don’t second-guess about taking your car here.
