They lie to avoid their warranty obligations
This dealership is corrupt and truly do not care about their customers. They tried to claim they couldn't find a problem because it was under a powertrain warranty with a timing issue. Ford vehicles are infamous for timing issues and they know how to quickly diagnose this issue. I new practically nothing about vehicles yet with some research I found the problem and verified it with a mechanic. According to many complaints on the Internet, they are known to deceive in an attempt to avoid honoring their warranty obligations. Because the dealership takes a lose, they cover up issues or claim ignorance, especially if the warranty will expire soon. It's deliberate and many people on the Internet are angry. Multiple Ford stealership are being sued and some people were arrested. I will not give up until this is exposed and they fix my vehicle like they should have during my warranty period. Millions of people on the Internet are aware, including my followers, and this is not sustainable for Ford. They won't be competitive, especially with very good automotive companies like Toyota that makes reliable vehicles and has integrity.
