They are either very incompetent or deceitful
I do not recommend this dealership. I had some really bad experiences with them. They are either incompetent or deceitful. My vehicle had to be towed into their service center while it was under warranty. They acted like they couldn't find the problem after bringing it back 4 times within a week. Everytime I got it back it drove better but it was not fixed at all with bad symptoms. The whole experience was very suspicious. At the time I didn't know much about vehicles yet I found the problem which WAS under warranty. As soon as they found out I know what happened, they completely ignore me and will not respond to my attempts to contact them. If they were actually trying to save money, well, people are becoming size to them, yet its possible they are just very incompetent and lazy. Either way, their behavior is unacceptable. Thanks to them I learned how to do my own maintenance and they lost another customer.
