The Better Business Bureau graded this business and F. Please do your research and read through all of the reviews. There is more than 50 people calling them out for scamming, and I am one of them they lie and gaslight you and from their responses to the customers, they will never Own accountability. Please do not do business with them as they claim to be black owned, but scam their own people. BEWARE PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS NOT THE FAKE ONES. THE REAL ONES THEY WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE NEAR THIS LOT AND APPARENTLY THEY WON’T BE OPEN FOR A LONG BASED OFF OF THE INFORMATION THAT I GATHERED TODAY BECAUSE OF HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE ABOUT TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!!!! Huge scam save your money go somewhere where they are professional and honest. Everyone lies from the owner to the woman at the front desk to the workers. It’s actually quite sad.

These people are liars and scammers. They scream at women when they ask about the work being done. I came in simply for them to check a part they put on and now they completely ruined my car. My car won’t start and now I’m going to have to sue! I brought it in for them to check on the part that they put in and they decided to do more than what was asked and now my car is dead. Like I said they are liars and will gaslight you to the end. Just take responsibility and learn good business practices and stop scamming BLACK PEOPLE !!!!!! If you’re checking a Catalytic Converter why are you messing with the fuse box with no licensed electrician available. You should have stopped and asked me to come back when he was available instead you decided to mess around with stuff and completely ruined my car. Own it and stop responding about a warranty it’s about y’all doing work you’re not qualified to do them blaming the parts or the customer! STOP LYING !

YOU BROUGHT YOUR CAR IN TO CHECK FOR READINESS.. WE SAWTHERE WAS SOME ELECTRICAL ISSUES IN YOUR FUSE BOX. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR YOU TO LEAVE YOUR CAR WOULDNT START. WE REPLACE THE STARTER AND YOU LEFT... DONT KNOW HOW THIS WAS A SCAM

Staffing Issue
The business is under new "Management". They did a great job with the people working there. We were completely satisfied with the work done to our vehicle. The waiting area could use some improvement. Not enough chairs and the spacing between chairs were too extreme. We rate the business with 4 Stars, ☆☆☆☆.

I went to this place to get my truck fixed in february, didn’t get it back til May , still wasn’t fixed RIGHT!!! found out that King was driving his family around in my vehicle… You try to stick with your kind but, they just don’t do what’s right .U wouldn’t recommend this auto shop !!!!

2019 Mercedes-Benz C 300
I just like to think KING automotive repair for working on my car. I have been dealing with him for a while trying to get the engine light off on my Mercedes Benz 300 C and it had took some time but they finally got the light off and I am so grateful and thankful to them. I have taken my cars to several places only for the light to continue to come back on every time, But KING automotive got it off and thank you KING for the good work that you do. Keep up the good work and thank you???.

Paid to have bumper clips put in to fix gap in bumper only to pay 100 for 12dollar clips and still have the same visual gap as before, absolutely no difference at all and to use screws to attach my tire guards instead of the clips I ordered and Put in personally has upset me also. Nevertheless lesson learned. I give good reviews when they are warranted and justified you get what you pay for in this case. Car had no warning lights on at all replaced fuse box now horn doesn’t work, airbag light on and also check engine light on. Worker cleared codes before I left only for them to come back on then tell me I have to pay for a diagnostic. Chrysler stated fuse box must be programmed although I was told by King it didn’t. Lesson learned!
